Paper submission deadline is April 10, 2017.
The submitter confirms that the work presented in the submitted paper has not been published elsewhere, and that there is no infringement of copyright previously granted to another party. Representing the group of authors, the submitter transfers the copyright for the abstract and the proceedings paper to the International Commission on Biological Effects of Noise (ICBEN). The proceedings will be made available to conference participants and will be published on ICBEN's web page for public access.
However, the copyright also remains with the authors of the papers. Therefore, authors are still allowed and encouraged to submit the work presented in the ICBEN 2017 proceedings to a scientific journal or publish it in another form elsewhere.
